: Welcome to the Berenstain Bears Financial Literacy story time! Pheple FCU will be hosting this event at the Penn Area Library. There will be a craft, activity packet, along with a chance to win a basket with our jar guessing game, and you can listen to us read two Berenstain Bear Financial Literacy themed books!
