Join us for an Artist Talk with Clare Mears Stefanini on August 28th at 6:30 p.m. Her work is on display at the Murrysville Community Library during the Month of August. Clare Mears Stefanini is a figurative oil painter who focuses on painting children and moments in her life. Her exhibition features her new series, “Action-Packed” Children in Motion. This is a series of paintings with motion capture, multiple images of the figure in one painting. The work seeks to capture children moving with abandon who are totally in the moment. Clare Mears Stefanini has exhibited works at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania State Museum and several local venues and libraries. She is a member of the Portrait Society of America, the Pittsburgh Society of Artists and the East Suburban Arts League.
