In the aftermath of COVID isolation, many children are still learning social-emotional skills. One foundational skill includes identifying emotions in ourselves and others. This event will help children explore their emotions using books, songs, and a craft. During the story time, children will learn about basic emotions, appropriate ways to express them, and common situations when these emotions might arise. This story time event will be hosted by a graduate level mental health counseling intern from Sprout Center for Emotional Growth and Development in Murrysville. sprout@sproutcenterconsult.com
