Local artist and Interior Designer, Doris Wood will be featured at “Picture This” Art Exhibit Sept 7-Oct 11, 2024

Her solo show called “Horizons” features her 30 years of doing watercolor, oil, and photography. She has been juried into the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society as a member. Belonging to Greensburg and Latrobe Art Centers for 30 some years, she credits local artists at both centers for inspiring and informative classes. She also took many three- day workshops from national artists. Mixing 30 years of teaching high school English and taking evening or weekend art classes, she then in 2008 earned a two- year degree in Art and Interior Design at the Pittsburgh Art Institute.
